The Australian Firefighters Calendar has been in operation since 1993, hosting their fund-raising calendar project for charities like the Children’s Hospital Foundation. Last year, Facebook posts featuring Australian firefighters with kittens went viral. In addition to that, the response was very overwhelming, and they felt that they needed to expand the photo shoot this year to include a cat calendar for the 2019 season.
After 17 rigorous days of photography, the final images are put together to create the iconic Australian Firefighters Calendar. It has also been shared among fans across the world. Furthermore, in 2018, the Australian Firefighters Calendar will donate to the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.
