Lanai Sanctuary is home to around 500 cats and whoever visits it is allowed to pet them, only at a condition that their vacation is long enough. The sanctuary is located on an island in Hawaii, Lanai. It covers over 25,000 square foot and trust me with this one, if you go there you’ll feel as if you’ve entered into the city of cats. The cats are free to roam around as they wish. The sanctuary’s Executive Director calls it the Furr Seasons. The cats their are available for adoption, and any stray cat is free to live its whole life there. It’s open all 7 days of the week, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
