Recently, a video of a living statue of a man posing as a fisherman in Fortaleza, Brazil, has taken the internet by storm. However, it’s not the man’s act that has surprised people, but that of the adorable dog in his arm who assisted him in the perfect performance. The dog makes him stand out from other living mannequins and immediately becomes famous on social media.

The Venezuelan street artist Jorge Luís Ruiz has to perform as a living statue with his partner Jaspe to entertain passersby and tourists in Fortaleza, Brazil for four years. Jasper is not only daily accompanying Ruiz to work, but she helps him in his performance.

In the video below, you can see the man is frozen in a moment with a kiss on his dog, and the cute dog also freezes on his arm during the performance. When Ruiz broke character to collect some tips, Jaspe moved as well.

The video of the duo performing quickly went viral, with 3 million views on Twitter. Also, the duo now has over 90,000 followers on Instagram. Many people were surprised by the dog and said that she deserved a shot at getting an Oscar.
