In a viral video today, you will see “Debit” and “Credit” are not terms in finance, they’re the two adorable “office kittens” that a finance/IT department for a transportation company in Ohio have “hired”. “Debit is the colorful one (female) and Credit is all orange (male).
Working everyday in the same office, and doing the same things every day, can be tiresome and monotonous. So, they have hired/rescued two kittens to keep employee morale high. The kittens just play with boxes all day and that keeps them occupied.
An employee of this office posted a video of the two kittens on Internet and it has gone viral. Most of the comments have been about how cute and adorable the kittens are, especially on the videos where they are playing. There have also been several inquiries if the office is hiring, just so that they can play with two kittens.
