Every summer at the Big Cat Rescue sanctuary they hand out watermelons to the cats that live there as enrichment. These rescued big cats get to discover watermelon for the first time and you’ll just love how they react… First time they see it, they don’t know what to think, but after they taste it, they just love it, especially the leopard!

It’s always fun watching how animals react to things for the first time. I’m sure if our house cats had mouths big enough to chomp on watermelon, they would do the same thing TOO! How do Lions, Tigers, Leopards and Cougars like to eat watermelons? Watch this video to find out!
