Have you ever been abroad and tried to call a cat randomly? And did they respond? I’m sure they didn’t, because apparently every country has its own way of calling cats! And the cats must be so used to this way that they would probably only respond if you call them by what people of the country you’re in call them by.
In Azerbaijan, they say “pish-pish-pish”, while in Hungary they say “psits-psits”. So you’ll get a cat’s attention only if you know how the natives call cats here.
