Cats hear much better than we do. They can hear our car coming or hear our voice in the elevator coming up to an apartment, etc. Cats have a good sense of time, and they can figure out if we’re coming home at the same time every day.
Over time cats learn sounds predict our arrival. If we have a set routine, cats aren’t stupid and figure out really quickly our schedule. We collected this list of cats waiting for their owners to return to show you that cats can also show us their love. Cats can wait all day for us to get home. It is wonderful when we come back home, our housemate always starts to pace and meow long before we open the door.
